FlowVest Senior Living, a company of the FlowVest Group of Companies, has bought a nursing home in Lübeckerstraße 90, Magdeburg. The 5-storey building consists of an empty ground floor unit with approx. 1000 m2 of rentable space, approx. 60 parking spaces, approx. 80 nursing places and 13 apartments in the attic with a total area of approx. 5,000 m2.
